Shipping and Returns
All goods are carefully wrapped and posted as soon as they are available to fulfill your order. Post and Packing charges quoted on the website are for all individual items to mainland UK. Please contact us for a quotation for deliveries to the Highlands, off shore Islands and international addresses. Delivery costs depend on the total weight and number of the items ordered. Please contact us when ordering multiple items for an accurate quotation
Orders are normally sent on a 24hour service.
VAT applies to shipments to UK and other European Union destinations. All other orders are VAT free.
All prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of applicable United Kingdom Value Added Tax.
Any quotation or published price is subject to alteration or withdrawal without prior notice as a result of fluctuation in exchange rates, increase in supplier's prices, and error in published price or other costs beyond our control. Statement of price or a quotation does not constitute an offer. We will inform you of the correct price where the right to cancellation can be exercised.
Full payment is required on all orders prior to delivery. All card payments are subject to security checks before any goods are despatched. If the issuing bank of your payment does not for any reason authorise payment from that account, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Title to the goods will remain with First Contact until full payment is received.
Payments made online are taken via SagePay. First Contact will never see your bank or credit card details when you pay online. If not paying online we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery.
CANCELLATION / RETURN OF GOODS
If, for any reason at all, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase return it to the address below within 30 days of the date of dispatch, with your receipt, with its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price you paid.
If you wish to cancel an order and it is more than 14 days from date of order, then a £40.00 administration fee may be charged.
Unless faulty, we cannot accept the return of customised products.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
If any part these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law.
