Ordering from us

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND ORDERS AND NOT SEND ORDERS WHICH HAVE BEEN GIVEN A 'HIGH RISK' RATING BY SAGEPAY, OUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR COMPANY.

Payments made online are taken via SagePay.Credit care details are entered on a secured page and are transferred using SSL technology. First Contact will never see your bank or credit card details when you pay online. If not paying online we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery.

No terms and conditions put forward by the Buyer/User, any verbal representation, guarantees, or other statements made by or on behalf of First Contact, shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by First Contact. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Though we constantly strive to provide accurate and current information on this website, First Contact, will not be responsible for errors/omissions in product descriptions or the customer's interpretation of those descriptions.

Customers must be of 18 years or over to be able to place an order.

Orders must be accompanied by your real name, cardholders invoice address, a landline phone number, e-mail address and any other requested information during the order process.

We can accept cheques, cash and the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Visa Electron, Visa Debit.

We cannot send orders to P.O.BOX addresses. We will not accept P.O Box addresses as a valid billing address, even if an order is attempted and payment is authorised by SagePay.

We cannot send orders to B.F.P.O addresses. We will not accept B.F.P.O addresses as a valid billing address, even if an order is attempted and payment is authorised by SagePay.

As all items are bespoke and made to order, we always take payment at time of submitting an order, whether we have the item/s in stock or not.

All prices on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT, except where indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. VAT applies to shipments to UK and other European Union destinations. All other orders are VAT free.

Any quotation or published price is subject to alteration or withdrawal without prior notice as a result of fluctuation in exchange rates, increase in supplier's prices, and error in published price or other costs beyond our control. Statement of price or a quotation does not constitute an offer. We will inform you of the correct price where the right to cancellation can be exercised.

Full payment is required on all orders prior to delivery. All card payments are subject to security checks before any goods are despatched. If the issuing bank of your payment does not for any reason authorise payment from that account, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

If  you wish to cancel an order and it is more than 14 days from date of order, then a £40.00 administration fee may be charged.

Product Availability

ALL GOODS ARE OFFERED SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Items listed on our website are purely an invitation to order. They do not constitute that the item is in stock. We do not and cannot guarantee that every item on our website is available at time of ordering. If an item is ordered and we do not have stock then we will try to contact you to see if you would like to wait while we obtain more stock, an alternative item or refund, provided a correct email address and telephone number is provided. We reserve the right to withdraw any item without notice. Postage prices are also subject to change.

Cancellations Or Amendments of Bespoke Goods

Your order is made specifically for you and so it is extremely important that you have checked the order thoroughly at the point of ordering. You cannot amend or cancel your order once you have clicked to confirm and pay. This does not affect your statutory rights. Full details of your rights are available from you local Citizens' Advice Bureau or your Local Authority's Trading Standards Office.

Reservation of Title

First Contact Agility reserves title to the goods until the entire purchase price and any costs relating to the delivery, despatch and insurance of the goods have been paid by the Purchase or security for the purchase price has been provided as agreed.  Until this has happened, the Purchaser shall not be entitled to resell the goods or otherwise dispose of the goods in any way violating First Contact Agility's reservation of title.

Guarantee

All products are supplied with a manufacturer's 12-month parts and labour guarantee, unless otherwise stated.

This will exclude faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or error in installation.

It is the customers responsibility to transport any faulty goods back to us and pay for the return of repaired or exchanged goods.

We do not send unsolicited e-mail's to our customers or potential customers.

As part of our efforts to ensure that you are aware of the latest developments and offers, we would like to use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our site.
